The shape of a group session
A group session runs across a full day or a weekend. Participants work in pairs — one breathing, one sitting — supported by two or more certified facilitators, a curated musical journey, mandala art and a closing integration circle. The group container itself is part of the medicine: being witnessed, and witnessing another, is what allows the deeper layers to safely emerge.
Every place is confirmed by a private phone conversation and a confidential medical questionnaire beforehand. We meet on Zoom the week before to introduce the roles of breather, sitter and facilitator, and again the week after for integration.

Common questions
Frequently asked
Is Group Holotropic Breathwork the same as the Grof method?+
Yes. The method is unchanged. Because 'Holotropic Breathwork' remains a trademark of Grof Transpersonal Training, practitioners certified through Grof Legacy Training hold the same practice under regional names. Ours is Celtic Holotropic Breathwork.
How large is a group?+
Small — typically eight to fourteen participants, held by two or more certified facilitators plus assistants. This is not a large workshop format.
Do I have to complete an intake before joining?+
Yes. Everyone has a phone conversation with a facilitator and completes a confidential medical questionnaire before a place is offered.
