Celtic Sweat Lodge with Ceolanna-Elizabeth Scott

A day-long Celtic Sweat Lodge ceremony — drum, song and chant — led by Ceolanna-Elizabeth Scott, weaving the Celtic and Lakota traditions.

Friday 28 August 2026 10:00am — 8:00pm Danu Lodge, Co. Wexford

About this gathering

We invite you to come and gather with us to drum, sing and chant in this beautiful cleansing and healing ritual.

Ceolanna-Elizabeth Scott, from Glasgow, will be leading the Sweat. She has been leading lodges for over thirty years and combines the traditions of our Celtic lands with the Lakota traditions. The ritual has been part of Irish and Scottish culture historically.

The Sweat Lodge is an ancient form of purification and a way of healing and integration for body, mind, spirit and soul consciousness. Through ancient song, prayers and honouring the 'old ways', you will experience a deepening of your connection to Mother Earth as we sit together in 'the heart of the creator'.

Accommodation available on request for those travelling from further afield.
